Jim Spencer, CEO
Jim has been an integral part of Lipten Company for over 25 years. Jim has extensive experience in all facets of the steam and energy industries. As CEO, Jim leads the philosophy, policies and practices of the company as well as being a key contributor in the sales and business development efforts.
Jim Croce, President & COO
Jim has responsibility for the overall day-to-day management of Lipten, overseeing operations, sales, engineering and accounting. Prior to Lipten, Jim was the CEO of NextEnergy, a research catalyst and business accelerator for alternative energy technologies. Prior to Next-Energy, Jim was Vice President of Business Development for DTE Energy Companies Energy Technologies group.
Jim Marshall, Director of Operations
Jim supervises Lipten’s project and construction management groups that oversee all aspect of our EPC efforts. Along with this, he also manages the estimating department that is responsible for pricing the many proposals generated by our sales personnel.
Frank Casteel, Director of Business Development
The responsibility for the
long-term development of new business for Lipten belongs to Frank. He has
developed and manages a network of 55 sales offices throughout the U.S. and Canada. In addition, he is
responsible for our marketing activities. He has over 30 years of sales and
marketing experience in the construction industry and has an MBA in marketing from
the University of
Connecticut.
Chris Siemion, Director of Engineering
Chris directs all of Lipten’s Engineering efforts including Mechanical, Civil and Electrical. He also supervises the technical services department which is responsible for start-ups, field service calls and in-house testing services.
Frank Hrlic, P.E., Procurement and Product Management
An Employee for almost ten years, Frank manages all corporate procurement and functions as Product Manager for Lipten’s control products such as CombustionPac.
Fran Dorland, Administration
Fran has been with the Lipten Company for over 20 years. She oversees the administrative functions of the company including accounting, human resources and benefits.
