Jim Spencer, CEO Jim has been an integral part of Lipten Company for over 25 years. Jim has extensive experience in all facets of the steam and energy industries. As CEO, Jim leads the philosophy, policies and practices of the company as well as being a key contributor in the sales and business development efforts.
Jim Marshall, Vice President of Operations Jim supervises Lipten’s engineering and project managers that oversee all aspects of Lipten’s EPC efforts. Jim is a valuable driving force behind Lipten’s commitment to the client and project execution excellence.
Frank Hrlic, P.E., MBA, Contract Manager Frank manages corporate procurement, contracting and logistics. He holds an Associate’s degree in Engineering, a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Business Administration from the prestigious Lawrence Technological University.
John Ingraham, MBA (Candidate), Proposal Development Manager John leads project teams composed of various engineering disciplines (mechanical, civil, electrical, and controls) throughout the design, budgeting and proposal generation process. John has expertise in team leadership, analytics and technical writing. John completed his undergraduate studies at Michigan State University and will hold Master of Business Administration Degree from Wayne State University in May 2012. Dan Tavernit, Controls Product Manager Dan has primary responsibility of the Lipten controls product line of CombusionPac branded boiler control systems and custom balance of plant control systems. Dan is also in charge of scheduling Lipten field technicians. Dan has significant controls expertise and is particularly versed in Allen-Bradley PLC-based controls.
