Scope: Demolition of steam absorption chiller system and associated cooling tower. Replaced with 650-ton electrical centrifugal hi-efficiency chiller, hi-efficiency VFD controlled cooling tower, instrumentation, two chilled water circulation pumps, interface to the existing building management system for control, monitoring and report generation.

Demolition of coal fired boiler, FD & ID fans, stack, coal and ash handling equipment, asbestos abatement and installation of emergency rental boiler piping system.
