The Lipten MasterPacTM Control System integrates Plant Steam Header Pressure Control or Hot Water Temperature Control with load demand control of all fired boilers or hot water generators. The system is also capable of complete control and monitoring of all balance of plant systems such as a deaerator, condensate receiver, RO unit and softeners. Access to all operating and control parameters are available through a graphical user interface on a color touchscreen display.
While you can count on improvements in overall operations, a Lipten MasterPacTM can also improve operating efficiencies through its ability to capture data which can be utilized by your SCADA system. This data can be exported and processed to generate trend reports for operational analysis.
And, like all Lipten systems, standard hardware is utilized to keep costs low, while offering the greatest flexibility and availability.
